Consulting Services
Our consulting services include one-on-one sessions for developing personalized morning system frameworks. Refund terms for consulting depend on the service stage:
Before First Session
If you cancel your consulting engagement before the first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees, minus a CAD $25 administrative processing fee. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to touch@freshelbowux.world at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
After First Session
Once the first consulting session has been conducted, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. You may receive a partial refund for unused sessions in a multi-session package, minus the cost of completed sessions and a CAD $25 administrative fee. No refund is available for the initial session once it has taken place, as the deliverable consultation time has been provided.
Missed Sessions
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited without refund. Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may be moved to a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to consultant unavailability, in which case you may choose a new date or receive a full refund for the affected session.
Educational Products and Programs
Educational products include digital templates, workshop recordings, challenge series access, and resource bundles. Refund eligibility varies by product type:
Digital Downloads and Resource Bundles
If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital materials, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once digital materials have been downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital goods. Exceptions may be made if technical issues prevent access to purchased materials that we are unable to resolve within 7 business days.
Workshop and Challenge Programs
For live or scheduled educational programs, full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the program start date. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before start may receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future program. Cancellations within 48 hours of start are not eligible for refund, though credit may be offered at our discretion.
Completed Programs
No refunds are available for educational programs that have been fully delivered or for which the access period has expired. Partial attendance does not qualify for partial refunds unless otherwise specified in the program description at time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services or sessions that have already been delivered or completed.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- Promotional or discounted items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- Third-party fees such as payment processing charges, which are non-recoverable.
- Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient.

How to Request a Refund

We may contact you for additional information to process your request. All refund decisions are communicated via email to the address associated with your purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed as follows:
- Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase whenever possible.
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, service credit, or additional consultation time at our discretion.
Our services are educational and organizational in nature. Dissatisfaction with personal outcomes from implementing morning routines does not constitute grounds for refund, as we clearly communicate that results vary and no specific outcomes are promised.
Consumer Protection Rights
